Rich in history signs are posted along this 2 mile trail to enrich guests on the details of the area’s industrial past, as well as information about major landmarks such as the Cynwyd and Barmouth train stations, West Laurel Hill and Westminster Cemeteries, the Manayunk Bridge, and Clegg’s Cotton Mill. Kiosks can be found at both ends of the trail, providing useful information to guests such as the area’s geography.
The trail offers visitors a breathtaking view of Manayunk, as well as the ability to connect and cross onto the Manayunk Bridge Trail, or the Schuylkill River Trail.
